Booking and Reservations

Our Site provides links and tools to search availability and book properties through our third-party booking platform powered by Hostaway. When you proceed to book a property, you will be directed to our booking portal at nestedhousing.holidayfuture.com.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Pricing displayed on the booking platform is subject to change and may vary based on dates, length of stay, and seasonal demand.

Cancellation policies, check-in/check-out procedures, house rules, and other booking-specific terms are provided at the time of booking through the booking platform and may vary by property. It is your responsibility to review these terms before completing a reservation.

Co-Hosting Partnership

Information about our co-hosting services, including plan descriptions, features, and the partnership process, is provided on the Site for informational purposes. This information does not constitute a binding offer or contract.

Co-hosting partnerships are established through separate written agreements between Nested Housing and the property owner. Terms, pricing, and service details are finalized during the partnership consultation process and are governed by the executed partnership agreement.

User Responsibilities

When using our Site, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting forms or making inquiries.

Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.
